We are a proud sarongs factory, sarongs manufacturer and sarongs exporter of handcrafted batik products based in Central Java, Indonesia. Since 2005, our creations have reached customers across the USA, Australia, Canada, Singapore, Italy, the UK, Puerto Rico, France, Spain, Holland, Greece, and Japan.
Our product range includes batik fabrics made from 100% cotton (44/45” & 59/60”) and 100% rayon (44/45”), as well as ready made garments such as ladies dresses, men’s shirts, kaftans, ponchos, short pants, and our specialty batik sarongs, pareo, and skirts.
Every piece is handmade using traditional techniques like hand printing, hand painting, wax stamping, and tie dye or spray methods reflecting the rich heritage of Indonesian batik. Monthly Production Capacity
At PINANDITOS SARONG, we have a consistent monthly production capacity to serve both local and international wholesale buyers. Our batik fabrics, made from 100% cotton and rayon, are produced using traditional techniques such as hand painting, stamping, and tie dye.
Every month, we produce up to 50,000 meters of fabric and 5,000 pieces each of men’s shirts, ladies dresses, and short pants. For sarongs and pareos, we can deliver up to 25,000 pieces per month using various handmade processes. This capacity allows us to fulfill bulk orders efficiently while maintaining the quality and craftsmanship that define our brand.
Minimum Order
To ensure smooth production and quality control, we apply a minimum order requirement for each product category. For batik fabrics, the minimum is 250 meters per design and colorway. For ready-made garments like men’s shirts, ladies dresses, and short pants, the minimum is 100 pieces per style. For sarongs or pareos, we require a minimum of 1,000 pieces in assorted designs and colorways. These minimums allow us to maintain efficient production and offer competitive pricing for bulk orders.
